Preparation of raw materials and quality control

The production of heavy-duty casters begins with the rigorous selection of raw materials. The wheel body is typically made of cast iron or nylon resin, while the bracket is constructed from high-strength steel or aluminum alloy. For instance, high-quality iron ore is selected for the cast iron wheel core, which is then prepared into molten iron through crushing, screening, and mixing processes to ensure its impact resistance and load-bearing capacity. For nylon resin, fillers and reinforcing fibers are added to enhance its wear resistance and impact resistance through precise proportioning. During the probation period, I participated in raw material inspection work and learned how to ensure that materials meet standards through hardness testing and composition analysis. This gave me a deep understanding of the importance of quality control to product reliability.
