Modular assembly and brake system integration

The assembly process emphasizes precise alignment and secure fixation. The wheel core and bearing are embedded through a dedicated pressing device to ensure no loose gaps; after the wheel tread is nested with the wheel hub, bonding technology is used to enhance the bonding strength. I am responsible for the installation of the braking system, learning the dual-locking structure design to achieve the "one-step-locking" function, ensuring the stability of equipment parking. After each assembly step, I conduct a fit check and rotation test, promptly mark and rework problematic parts, cultivating a rigorous quality awareness.
